The University of Queensland is seeking a PhD‑level researcher to lead GIS‑based environmental modelling, develop pollution-loading models, and translate results into practical tools for coral reef protection. You will work within a cooperative team of ecologists, modellers, programmers and practitioners at St Lucia campus.

Responsibilities include data management, publishing findings, mentoring students and engaging with project partners to ensure research outputs meet real‑world conservation
