You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs. You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in rapid-paced support environments. Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.

You will bring

- Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support,



or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
n
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments
n
- Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
n
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
n
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
n
- Printer troubleshooting experience
n
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- ITIL practices
n

- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

- Must have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required)

- Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
