Outstanding Ocean Road Health is seeking a compassionate Community Care Worker to provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to clients in their homes across the Apollo Bay area. The role supports residents in Colac and surrounding Colac area as needed and requires you to be based in or near Colac.

Applicants should be working towards or hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, have Advanced First Aid, and hold a valid driver's licence.
