Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated FOH All-Rounder to join our vibrant team in Byron Bay. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our hospitality and catering establishment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to our guests
- Work across floor, coffee and bar service as required
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Prepare quality coffee and assist with breakfast service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams




- Contribute to the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of The Bonobo

Qualifications:

- Previous hospitality experience in a hotel, restaurant, café or bar workplace
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Confident communication and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Flexible and willing to work across different areas of FOH
- Barista and/or bartending experience highly regarded
- Current RSA required for all applicants
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and a variety of shifts
