We are seeking a full time Stock Controller to join our Gatton Wholelife Pharmacy & Healthfoods team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Stock Controller, someone with pharmacy experience looking for a new challenge, or an individual with a strong retail or management background who is eager to build a career within the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, as well as merchandising our busy pharmacy to ensure we provide the highest level of service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish stock using Z Office
- Liaising with brand Representatives
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Ensuring the pharmacy is well merchandised
- Receiving, inspecting and storing new stock and deliveries
- Organising stock rotations and managing expiry dates
- Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations
- Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records and documentation
- Supporting the Pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
About you
- Experience in stock control or inventory management role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise task effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
