The Yellow Effect seeks dedicated disability support professionals to join our small, person-centred team across Greater Western Sydney. You will work one-to-one with participants in homes and in the community, following each participant's goals and support plan. Continuity matters, so you’ll build lasting relationships with participants and teams.
The role starts with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week, with shifts across the service area and potential for more hours as we grow.
