Our client is a well-established business within the building supplies industry and is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join their team in South Melbourne for an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a warehousing, trade store or retail background who is looking for stable work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Forklift Operator / Storeperson - Immediate Start

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Counterbalance LF Forklift
n
- Picking and packing customer orders
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Checking incoming pallet deliveries
n
- General warehouse and storeperson duties
n
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting of up to 20kg
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
n

n





To be successful, you will need:

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Minimum 6 months Counterbalance Forklift experience
n
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
n
- Your own reliable transport
n
- Good communication skills
n
- A positive and reliable attitude
n
- A robust focus on workplace safety
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake repetitive manual handling
n
- Availability to start immediately
n
