HammondCare is seeking a Part time Specialized Carer for Dementia Care at its Adelaide, SA site. The role involves supporting residents in dementia-specific cottages, delivering tailored personal care, and assisting with daily activities.

You will engage residents in meaningful activities and work closely with nurses and the care team. Preference given to applicants with Aged Care Cert III or IV, with flexibility to cover afternoons and night shifts.
