Hyde Melbourne Place is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team in Melbourne's CBD. You are the first point of contact in a guest journey, delivering a smooth, personalised, and productive booking experience while supporting the team and keeping operations running like clockwork.

You will manage calls, emails, and online requests, optimise occupancy through smart inventory control, handle VIP and group bookings, and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
