Endeavour Foundation in Bundaberg is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our current SIL Homes, providing personal care and support for individuals with complex behaviours. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, person-centred care within a dedicated team.

We offer master rosters with set shifts, including overnight sleepovers and every 2nd weekend, plus onsite training and a supportive culture to help you balance life commitments.
