Job Description

The Salvation Army in Cairns, QLD is seeking a Community Mission Partnerships Coordinator (2-year maximum term, full-time) to lead strategy, build robust networks with churches, government, and community groups, and align efforts to meet local needs.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will gather insights, coordinate stakeholders, mobilise volunteers, and ensure governance and compliance while modelling inclusive, values-led engagement.
