Who are we looking for
- A tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Business, Psychology, Employment/IndustrialRelationsor arelated discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in aseniorPeople & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complexand diverse business portfolios.
- Solid working knowledge ofAustralian employment legislationand contemporary people practices.
- The ability to analyse complexsituations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commerciallyfocused solutions.
About the Role
AsDirector, People &Culture; Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across NewSouth Wales& ACTand a diverse corporateportfolioprimarily ofProperty and FacilitiesManagement.
Acting as a trusted people advisor, you willprovideexpert guidanceon a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders buildengaged, high performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across theSydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.
- Act as the first point of contactfor managersand a coachon employee relations, performancemanagement,engagementand people related matters.
- Support recruitment activities,workforce planning and onboarding across your portfolio.
- Provide explicit and commerciallyfocused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships withstakeholdersacross New South Walesand ACT.
- Managetransitionofemployeesfrom other organisationsincluding Transfers ofBusiness
