We are looking for anexperienced Medical Receptionist with strong customer service and organisational skills to join our busy Practice.

This is a casual position with varying hours per week and weekend shifts included, along with additional holiday & sick relief hours at times, the successful candidate must be adaptable with availability.

n

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated person that has the ability to multi-task.

n

Experience in a similar role within general practice preferred.

n

Knowledge in Medicare and Best Practice experience is highly desirable.

n

You will be responsible for:

- Handlingofincoming calls
n
- Delivery of premium customer service
n
- Booking ofGPand Allied Health appointments
n
- Receipting of Medicare, HICAPS& private billings
n

Demonstrated skills include:

- Excellent time management & organisational skills

- Excellent customer service
n
- Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
