Job Description

IKG Talent is seeking a Key Account Manager for Critical Infrastructure Operations in Melbourne, offering hybrid work arrangements. This non-sales role focuses on delivering service excellence and managing ongoing client relationships across operations, engineering and delivery teams.

You will oversee SLAs, KPIs and compliance, act as the primary client contact, and coordinate projects across construction, operations and facilities. Travel to sites occurs occasionally.
