Uniting is seeking a dedicated Orange Door practitioner in Dandenong to join a multidisciplinary team delivering intake and support for children, young people and families. You will assess, plan and refer, ensuring safety and well-being for vulnerable clients within the Best Interests framework.

You will work within a matrix structure, supported by practice leaders, and contribute to an integrated service model across Victoria.
