The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's flagship early-career development program designed to develop the next generation of engineering and technical professionals.

As a PAVE Associate (Technical Track), you will participate in a structured 12-month development journey combining technical training, project exposure, mentorship, rotational assignments, and hands‐on learning across Vertiv's portfolio of critical infrastructure solutions.

Participants will develop both technical depth and business understanding while gaining valuable exposure to technologies that power data centers, communication networks, and industrial environments around the world.
