Entry to Real Estate - Leasing Consultant

A excellent opportunity exists to join our New Business Team at Nepean's most successful Real Estate Group.

Spanning over several offices, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our group which is known for exceptional results, honesty, and professionalism which keeps us at the forefront in our marketplace.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Diary management/organise appointments
- Organise and attend open for inspections and private inspections
- Process rental applications and reference check
- Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Update property listings/advertisements online
- Coordinate key handovers and lease signing with new tenants

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current driver's licence
- Be available to work Saturday's
- Be immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Possess your own reliable car
- Have excellent communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent Certification
