Job Description

Cox Purtell is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for its Kitchen Hardware Showroom in Underwood, QLD. This permanent, full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and hands-on sales in a showroom setting.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will greet visitors, handle enquiries, maintain records, and support campaigns and events. Prior showroom or hardware experience is advantageous and a customer-first attitude is essential.
