Private Advertiser in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead a multi-shift food manufacturing operation, with end-to-end accountability for production, warehousing, dispatch, site services, maintenance and engineering.

Reporting to a national operations leader, you will drive safety, quality, service, cost and people performance, develop leaders, and deliver continuous improvement across the site.
