Job Description

Synapse Australia is seeking a part time HR generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and compliance, reporting to the People Capability Manager. The role is a fixed-term arrangement until 30 June 2027 with an opportunity for permanency.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HR with 3+ years of generalist experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, SCHADS familiarity, and LMS/Salesforce experience.
