Job Description

Grand River Personnel is assisting Cambridge-based operations in finding a Customer Service Representative for a full time permanent role. The successful candidate will handle order entry for large box stores, ensure stock availability, and coordinate pick/ship activities to meet delivery deadlines.

Ideal applicants have 2–3 years in customer service within manufacturing, strong SAP and EDI experience, and advanced Excel skills.
