- Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Launceston or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.

- Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.

- Sales Grit: You've worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.

- Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots. You have a demonstrated track record of commitment and are looking for your next long‐term career move.
