We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly capable, multi-disciplinary professional who can bridge business needs and technical solutions while ensuring successful organisational adoption and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will lead core business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process analysis, documentation, functional specification development, and logical data modelling. In addition, they will take ownership of downstream business readiness deliverables such as training materials, user guides, change impact assessments, and transition support documentation to enable successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations to gather requirements and define solution outcomes.
- Develop high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse current and future state business processes and produce process maps, workflows, and operational models.
- Define logical data requirements, data mappings, and information flows to support solution design and implementation.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for delivery teams.
- Support solution design activities by collaborating with architects, developers, testers, and subject matter experts.
- Assist with testing activities, including requirements traceability, test scenario development, and business validation.

Business Readiness & Change Support

- Lead the development of business readiness artefacts to support successful organisational adoption.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify affected stakeholder groups, processes, and operating models.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support training planning, delivery, and post-implementation adoption activities.




- Develop transition and operational readiness documentation to ensure smooth deployment and handover.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to manage readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor adoption outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Business Readiness & Change Support

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within technology-enabled transformation programs and projects.
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Experience developing functional specifications, business requirements documents, and user stories.
- Proven ability to create process maps and document current and future state business processes.
- Understanding of logical data modelling, data analysis, and information management concepts.
- Experience producing change and business readiness artefacts, including training materials, user guides, and change impact assessments.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work across both business and technical domains and translate complex concepts into practical outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills




- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise applications, data platforms, or system implementation projects.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and business adoption frameworks.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, PRINCE2, Prosci, or equivalent.
