Job Description

VicGrid is seeking a Communications and Customer Service Officer to front communities, rightsholders, landholders and stakeholders across Victoria. You will manage a high volume of enquiries, provide timely and accurate information, and support engagement across projects and programs.

You will build trusted relationships, translate complex information into transparent messages, and work with CRM or stakeholder systems to track enquiries and outcomes. Australian work rights required.
