We're looking for a qualified carpenter to join our building crew full time. You'll work across maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties, domestic builds, renovations and extensions – framing, fit-out, decks, pergolas, cladding and finishing, commercial recent builds – structural framing, fit-out and finishing on council, government and community projects, and commercial bits and pieces – fit-outs, minor works, make-safes and repairs. You'll take jobs from start to finish, work alongside our plumbers, electricians and civil crew, and deal directly with clients on site.

Maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties

Deal directly with clients on site

About you

Confident across maintenance, domestic and commercial new-build work

Current driver's licence and White Card

Your own hand and power tools

Able to read plans, set out and work unsupervised

Good communication – you'll be the face of IPM on a lot of jobs

Reliable, safety-focused and happy to muck in across other trades when needed
