Job Description

Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor for Carrara on a Sunday to Wednesday day shift. You will lead bakery operations to deliver safe, efficient production, coach your team, and collaborate with planning, reliability, hygiene and quality teams to maximise uptime.

You'll have minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within FMCG or food manufacturing, with solid leadership, planning and decision-making abilities. Kronos and SAP experience are highly regarded.
