Aerotek Australia is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our in office Operations team at our manufacturing facility in Wacol. You will coordinate training programs, onboarding, maintain compliance records and support a culture of continuous learning across production teams.
Reporting to the site operations leaders, you will develop training materials, deliver sessions, track qualifications and liaise with external providers to ensure skills gaps are closed and safety standards are met.
