Club Marconi is seeking motivated Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team.

Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 55,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under one roof.

We offer a large gaming area including KENO and TAB plus a variety of dining options, including: The Piazza, Cafe; and the Star Buffet. We also offer a range of sporting facilities including: 5 Soccer fields; 1 Rugby League field: 5 Netball courts; 6 lane Bocce; Snooker and Billiards: Softball training fields; Cricket field; Indoor Cricket nets; Fencing Academy; 5 Tennis courts; and 4 Squash courts. About the Role...

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

n

- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests.
n
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly, and efficient service.
n




- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information.
n
- Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas.
n

About you...

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our talented and friendly team and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

To be successful in this role you need to possess the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role
n
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
n
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
n
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
n
- Ability to solve problems
n
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask
n
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their ability
n
- Ability to understand Club Marconi's products and service offerings as well as customer needs
n

Experience and Qualifications:

n

n
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card.
n
- Previous experience in Gaming is required.
n
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
n
- Full working rights.
n
