Skillset in Bathurst is seeking a Career Development Consultant to help young people aged 15-21 reconnect with learning and career pathways. This full time, fixed-term role runs through to 30 June 2027 and involves mentoring and guidance within funded Career Development Programs.
You will work with local schools, TAFE NSW and the Skillset Recruitment team to create pathways to employment, while maintaining participant records and meeting funding partner requirements.
