About the Role

n

As an Onsite IT Technician, you are the face of KMTech working directly with our clients to keep their systems running seamlessly.

n

You'll provide hands-on technical support across a variety of environments, solving problems in real time and building strong relationships along the way.

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, thrives on problem‐solving,



and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Provide onsite IT support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimise downtime
n
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and installations
n
- Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining ownership of the client experience
n
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive support and clear communication
n
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and system improvements
n

n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Certificate III in Information Technology
n
- MS-900 Fundamentals certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (desirable)
n
- OH&S; and Working at Heights certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
n
- Strong understanding of IT security basics and remote support tools
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
n
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management
n

- Implementing and Managing Windows 11 (Level 1-2 capability)
