Job Description

Horizons Lake Jindabyne is seeking a General Manager to lead the resort's daily operations in the Snowy Mountains, balancing guest satisfaction, team performance and financial results.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting and reporting, drive revenue and occupancy, lead department managers and champion guest experience across rooms, F&B;, conferencing and maintenance. This role requires strategic leadership and solid stakeholder management.
