Connect Community Workforce Specialists PTY LTD – Ipswich QLD is seeking Residential Youth Workers to support young people in their home on a rotating 24/7 roster. The role emphasizes delivering quality client-centred services with suitable supervision and safety protocols.

Pay rates are based on the SCHADS Award for casual workers, with night and weekend penalties. Regular catch-ups, debriefs, and ongoing training are provided to build a supportive team setting.
