Intellectual Disability Rights Service – Lismore NSW is seeking a Justice Advocate for a part-time role (30 hours/week) under the SCHADS Level 5 framework. The role focuses on rights-based advocacy for people with cognitive impairment navigating the criminal legal system, including courts and community settings.

The position requires attendance at the Lismore office one day per week, with after-hours on-call roster and a commitment to First Nations culturally protected, inclusive practice.
