We are seeking an Experienced Lead Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our dynamic team at Bambini Early Learning located in Hampton. This permanent, full-time role is pivotal in shaping the educational experiences of our learners. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning setting, ensuring that our educational standards are met and exceeded.

About the role

As Lead Educator, you'll take ownership of your room's program and daily rhythm, building genuine relationships with children and families while leading and supporting your co-educators. Day to day, you will:

- Design and deliver an engaging, play-based program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Observe, document and assess children's learning to inform planning and share progress with families
- Lead, mentor and support your room team, modelling best practice every day
- Build warm, respectful partnerships with families and communicate openly about their child's development
- Ensure the room meets National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and maintains a safe, healthy, welcoming environment
- Contribute to the centre's continuous improvement and positive team culture

About you

You're an experienced educator who leads with warmth and knows what great practice looks like. You'll bring:





- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) as a minimum
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead or Room Leader in a long day care setting
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant regulations
- A current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for children's learning and wellbeing
- Current Police Check
- National Child Safety Training – Foundation & Advanced Modules
- Australian work rights are required for this position
