Job Description

Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ HHS) is seeking a CHQ at Home Support Worker to assist a child or young person with high medical needs in their home workplace, under the supervision of the primary caregiver.

n

You will work within CHQ at Home, a multidisciplinary team delivering programs such as Home Ventilation and Tracheostomy in Home Care, with nursing, medical and allied health support, across Queensland.
