We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Detailer / Grounds Maintenance person to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines vehicle presentation with maintaining the appearance of our dealership grounds, ensuring our customers enjoy a professional and welcoming experience every time they visit.

About the Role

As our Detailer / Grounds Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles and dealership facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Washing, cleaning and detailing new, used and demonstrator vehicles.
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
- Maintaining showroom and display vehicle presentation.
- Moving vehicles between departments and external suppliers when required.
- Monitoring vehicle stock presentation and reporting any damage or defects.
- Maintaining dealership grounds, gardens and display areas.
- Mowing lawns, whipper snipping, gardening and weed control.




- Pressure cleaning and general yard maintenance.
- Keeping customer parking and workshop surrounds clean and presentable.
- Assisting with general property upkeep and seasonal maintenance.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and has a solid eye for detail.

Essential Requirements

- Current manual driver's licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

Highly Regarded

- Previous vehicle detailing experience.
- Grounds maintenance or gardening experience.
- Forklift licence.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Chemical handling experience.
