UGL is at the forefront of Australia's energy transition, leading safety on a major renewable energy project. This hands-on HSE Manager role reports to the Project Manager and shapes safety culture from mobilisation to completion while supporting frontline crews and leaders.

You'll build solid relationships, coach leaders, manage risk, drive investigations and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with client, company and legislative requirements across a large industrial site.
