PCYC Beenleigh is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Boxing Instructor to deliver boxing classes to our members and clients.

Your new role

n

Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering our boxing program at PCYC Beenleigh.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Planning and delivering engaging boxing classes
n
- Creating a welcoming, positive and inclusive environment for participants
n
- Using your boxing knowledge and coaching skills to help members build their confidence and capability
n
- Providing a high level of customer service and creating a great experience for our members
n
- Supporting the development of junior staff
n
- Contributing to the growth and success of our boxing program
n

About you

n

You're passionate about boxing, enjoy working with people and want to create an setting where members feel motivated, supported and part of the PCYC community.

n

To be successful, you'll need:

n

n
- A minimum Bronze Level Coaching accreditation from Boxing Australia
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of boxing and the sport's regulatory rules
n
- Demonstrated experience working with a broad range of people
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or the ability to obtain
n

n

Experience as a boxing coach is highly regarded, but we're also looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about helping others get the most out of their boxing experience.
