About the Role:

A full-time opportunity is available in theGold Coast OR Brisbane officefor a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with more than2 years PAEto join the expanding disputes team.

n

You will work closely with senior litigators on a wide range of matters across Queensland, New South Wales, federal jurisdictions, and various tribunals — with the opportunity to quickly gain hands-on experience.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Conducting legal research and preparing memos
n
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents
n




- Reviewing disclosure material and preparing evidence
n
- Managing client communication and updates
n
- Preparing for trials, mediations, and hearings
n
- Supporting senior lawyers while developing independence
n
- File management, court deadlines, and diary tracking
n

- Admission in Queensland and more than 2 years' PAE in commercial litigation
n
- Excellent drafting and communication skills

- A strong sense of initiative and accountability

- Attention to detail and sound legal reasoning
