The Client Services Officer reports directly to the Managing Director. This combined role provides both client engagement and executive support to the Advice team, servicing the practice's clients across the full client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Receive inbound and make outbound calls to co-ordinate client appointments and confirm review meeting times with Financial Advisers
n
Manage the diaries of HFG Financial Advisers
n
Manage the general enquiries of HFG clients
n
Prepare and assist Financial Advisers in the preparation of Statement of Advice (SoA) documentation
n
Undertake the preparation and lodgement of all financial product application forms and manage outstanding lodgement tasks
n
Maintain and manage ongoing compliance and update compliance records via practice standards and the CRM
n
Complete administration tasks requested by HFG clients and support Management and Financial Advisers as required
n
Respond to email correspondence and prepare and assist clients with administration documentation
n
Ensure all SoA documentation is prepared in line with licensee compliance standards and provided to the Financial Adviser prior to the SoA presentation meeting
n
Conduct compliance checks on completion of all lodgements as per the compliance checklist

About you
n
Experience in administration within a financial services organisation
n
Microsoft Office 365 capabilities, including high-level competency in Word and Excel
n
Great professional telephone technique and comfort with client engagement
n
Ability to navigate web-based CRM systems
n
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets/activities without supervision
n
Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven relationship ability
