The position manages the overall operational activities and programs of Arts NT to ensure the achievement of agreed arts and cultural development priorities and provides strategic leadership, management, direction and advice to the Director in relation to the development, implementation, promotion, delivery and evaluation of programs and initiatives that support the development, and growth of the arts and creative industries in the NT.
