Your role will incorporate complete holistic assessments, develop appropriate care plans, evaluate and make clinical decisions, guide care staff, and improve the quality of life of residents. You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who endeavors to provide protected and effective direct nursing care in line with nursing best practice principles.

Permanent Full time: 76 hours per fortnight $91,000 - 93,000 per annum plus 12% super plus NFP Tax Benefits with Maxxia.

About you

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experience

Availability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night duties

Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of residents with a variety of health issues

A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people

Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
