Join our CTP team as a CTP Specialist and help deliver exceptional sales and service customer experiences

n

You'll build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and provide clear, relevant support to help them make confident decisions about their CTP insurance.

n

These roles are scheduled to commence on Wednesday 4th November, 2026.

n

We have two opportunities available:

n

n
- Full-time: Permanent, Monday to Friday
n
- Part-time: Permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
n

What you'll do

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across CTP products and services
n
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, relevant advice and support
n
- Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets
n
- Build strong customer relationships and champion the Voice of the Customer
n
- Make complex information easy and help customers navigate digital experiences
n
- Follow compliant sales and service processes and ensure fair customer outcomes
n
- Work collaboratively while taking ownership of your results and development
n

What you'll bring

- Customer service or sales experience, ideally in a contact centre or similar environment
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills,



with a genuine passion for helping customers
n
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
n
- Confidence working towards targets and taking ownership of outcomes
n
- The ability to learn quickly, take on feedback and adapt to change
n
- Positive computer literacy and confidence navigating digital systems
n
- Resilience, a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
n
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with just one day a month in the Gisborne office, with flexibility for additional days when required
n
- Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities
n
- Monday to Friday for full-time; Monday to Thursday for part-time
n
- Additional office attendance during training and onboarding
n
