About the Role

n

As an Educator, you will:

n

n
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children.
n
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
n
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needs.
n
- Observe, document and reflect on children's learning and development.
n
- Contribute to the planning cycle and ongoing program development.
n
- Work collaboratively with room leaders, educators and the wider team.
n
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
n
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with families.
n
- Follow centre policies,



procedures and child-safe practices.
n
- Support children's routines, including meals, sleep/rest, hygiene and transitions.
n
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
n

- Has good communication and teamwork skills.

- Is committed to children's safety, wellbeing and learning.

- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

- Holds, or is working towards, an approved Early Childhood qualification.
n
- Holds a current Working with Children Check.
n
- Is committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
