Aspire4Life on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our Coolangatta contact centre on a permanent full time basis. You’ll be the backbone of our remote assessment team, delivering a seamless and professional client experience.
In this non-sales, call-centre role you’ll manage outbound calls to coordinate appointments, schedule with care, maintain data across multiple systems, and support assessors to stay on track in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
