About the Role
You’ll take ownership of the store’s technical performance and customer experience, combining hands‑on repair work with leadership and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets, including complex hardware and motherboard faults
- Replace and test components such as batteries, screens, keyboards, and charging ports
- Complete Windows installations, upgrades, data transfers, and system recovery
- Provide accurate quotes and clear customer communication
- Order parts and liaise with suppliers
- Manage workflow, stock, and quality control
- Supervise and support team members
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience repairing laptops, computers, phones, and tablets
- Advanced diagnostic and microsoldering skills
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Confident communication and quoting ability
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
The Offer
- Permanent full‑time position
- 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary plus percentage‑based profit share
