Role: Sales Representative - No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday with 8:30 am starts)

As Duo Group continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our growth across the Melbourne market. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in sales, strengthen their communication and relationship management skills, and thrive in a fast paced, performance-driven setting.

The successful candidate will be required to attend our Sydney office for up to 4 weeks of onboarding and training. Flights and accommodation will be covered by Duo Group for the duration of the training period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

Conducting outbound sales calls to introduce and sell our products

n

Following proven sales scripts to promote product benefits and overcome initial objections.

n





Building and maintaining positive relationships through phone conversations and networking events

n

Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service

n

Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

n

The successful candidate will have the following:

n

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or outbound calling experience is advantageous, but not essential.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Confidence speaking with a diverse range of clients

n

Self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in fast-paced environments

n

Suitable Work From Home setup and a reliable internet connection
