About the Role

You will operate a range of quarry plant and equipment to support daily production, including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, crushers, screens, and other mobile machinery. You'll work as part of a tight‐knit team to maintain safe, efficient, and high‐quality operations.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Operate mobile plant including loaders, excavators, dump trucks and other quarry machinery
n
- Support crushing and screening operations
n
- Conduct daily pre‐start checks and report defects
n
- Maintain safe exclusion zones and follow site rules
n
- Assist with stockpile management and material movement
n
- Work collaboratively with quarry, maintenance, and transport teams
n
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard‐free
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience operating mobile plant in quarry, mining, civil or construction environments
n
- Strong safety awareness and hazard identification skills
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
- Reliable, punctual and self‐motivated
n
- White Card (QLD)
n
- VOCs or tickets for loaders, excavators or dump trucks (highly regarded)
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Experience in crushing and screening operations
n
- Mechanical aptitude
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
n
