Wintringham is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team in Victoria. You will be the key contact for care concerns and ensure person-centred, responsive care for residents over 50 who are at risk of homelessness.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, support care staff, and liaise with the Clinical Care Team to address changing needs. This is a full time fixed-term parental leave cover role with competitive pay and not-for-profit benefits.
