Carexcell is looking for a Disability Support Worker who genuinely lights up talking about Transformers, can hold their own in a Lego build, and knows random (but interesting!) facts about all sorts of things.

You'll be working one-to-one and in small groups with neurodivergent young people aged 15 to 30 across Hornsby and the north shore. This isn't sitting in a lounge room watching the clock. It's building rapport through the things they actually care about — gaming, music, film, collecting, tabletop campaigns, puzzles, whatever their thing is — and using that connection to build real-world skills: catching public transport, ordering at a café, managing a budget, holding a conversation with someone recent, getting to a gig and home again.
